How we work

The construction of the stairs begins in the Spedaliere's lab at the arrival of the customers wehereas the show their own requirements and desires; with the aid of photos, plannings realized in the office through the most up-to-date software or simple squirts realized at the moment, customers' idea takes form in the most suitable staircase for style and safety. Then, with the greatest kindness and availability and in the foreseen time a technician will go to the place, where the staircase will have to be installed for the survey of the measures abd the same time he will furnish the necessary technicalsupport to get the better result.
When the construction starts, the customers are invited at the lab to see the staicase before the complete realization in order to verify that the job reflects the requirements and the expectetions of the customer and in case to intervene with changes or additions of details, if they are necessary.
